Data from the NRS Scotland as presented in the Scottish Herald was divided through population data in each of the 1279 Scottish Intermediate Zones . This shows for the first time the truly worst hit areas by population size. There are 22 intermediate zones (all in West Lothian and West Dunbartonshire) were data is unclear as they are presented on statistics.gov.scot as IZ1 – IZ22. The data is range normalised with the worst hit region, Drumchapel South, being 100. The minimum is 0 which many regions achieved. Regions without data are grey. The colour range is for Quantile. This means that the data is split into four groups and the NA (non available).
